HOTEL POLICIES
This policy defines how to handle cancellations
- If canceled up to 3 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If canceled later or in case of no-show, the total of the reservation will be charged.
House Rules
The reservation booker person + staying person + credit card holder person needs to be the same person.
You can not book for someone else or you can not use someone else's credit card
5 rooms and above are considered group reservations. Group conditions are different.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel group reservations.
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds.
- All children are welcome.
- One child under 6 years old stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
- One child under 1 year old stays free of charge for cots.
- All older children or adults are charged EUR 30,00 per night and per person for extra beds.
- The Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
This policy defines VAT and additional city/tourist taxes.
- VAT is included.
- Service charge is included.
- City/tourist tax is included.
This describes what type of internet is available, in which location in the hotel and at what cost.
- Wireless internet is available in the general area , hotel rooms and is free of charge.
This policy defines the breakfast and meal plan.
- Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
This specifies if parking is available at the hotel, if it is on the street or in a (secure) parking garage and what the costs are.
- Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10,00 per day.
This policy defines if pets are allowed or not.
- Pets are not allowed.
